You decide what needs doing. West can help find the information and prepare the draft, while the workspace keeps the underlying records within reach.

  1. Ask in everyday language

“Which projects are in progress?” or “Draft a quote for this renovation.” Start with a task you already know.

  2. Get an answer or a prepared draft

West uses accessible business records and asks for missing information when the work needs it.

  3. Check it, refine it, approve it

Review supported changes before they are applied. Check the recipient and message before approving delivery.

A manageable start

Put your next project in West.

Start with one customer, one project, and one piece of admin. Add more of the workspace as it becomes useful to your business.

Before you get started

Practical questions, answered.

Do I have to set up everything before I can use West?

Start with one customer and one real project. Add the project details, create a quote or task, and bring in team records, catalog items, and email when you need them. You can work directly in the pages as well as through West.

What can I delegate to West?

West can find and summarize records, prepare quotes and invoices, draft email replies, and propose supported record and schedule changes. The delegation guide shows concrete examples. Available actions depend on your account, role, and connected services.

Does West send messages or change records without me?

Supported changes are presented as proposals for review and approval. Delivery is a separate step: check the recipient and content before approving a send. Read-only questions do not require you to approve a record change.

Can I keep using my existing tools?

You can begin with the work you want to manage in West. Gmail can be connected for email workflows. Check the available integration before assuming another system will sync; not every external tool is connected.

Is this suitable for a small crew?

You can start with customer records, projects, and quotes, then use more of the workspace as your work grows. Compare the team sizes and West task allowances on the pricing page to choose the right plan.

How much time will it save?

That depends on your projects, the information you provide, and the work you delegate. Start with a recurring task such as preparing quotes or catching up on customer email, and compare the preparation and review effort in your own business.

Start with your next project.

Add a customer, bring the project into West, and try handing off the first piece of admin.
